Ironman 4×4 products are designed in Australia and distributed throughout the world. Originally established in 1958, as a Melbourne based suspension parts manufacturer, named Jacob Spring Works. The company in 1982 took shape as JSW Parts, (short for Jacob Spring Works) to design and supply leaf and coil springs for cars, trucks, buses and 4×4 vehicles. JSW Parts soon became well known as a manufacturer and supplier of suspension parts all around the world.

In 1988 JSW Parts launched the Ironman 4×4 brand of springs and suspension parts in response to the increasing popularity of 4×4 vehicles, recognizing that standard suspension systems alone were not designed to cope with additional loads of bull bars, winches and extra fuel tanks. Driven by explosive sales of 4×4’s, in 2004 the Ironman 4×4 range of products expanded quickly to meet the demand of off road users seeking solutions which would allow their vehicles to go off road loaded with accessories such as winches, recovery equipment, protective bars, canopies, lighting and electrical upgrades.

SUPER PRO BUSHES

The base material used by Super Pro is a polyurethane elastomer; a class of “Thermosetting” synthetic polymer that involves the reaction of various types of isocyanate resins with curing agents, to give an extremely durable material with the best features of rubber and plastic. Since the introduction of polyurethane into the aftermarket suspension industry in the early 80’s many have tried but few have succeeded in manufacturing accurate, durable parts consistently. Anyone can take two tins and mix part A with part B and get a result. It takes foresight in management and a strong integration with technology to achieve a result every time, which is what Super Pro prides itself on.

Super Pro bushings can be used in strut bars, radius rods and trailing arm locations, which will improve the road holding, handling and tyre wear of any passenger car or 4WD. This is possible because Super Pro products achieve consistent tyre-to-road-alignment, particularly under braking and cornering loads. In many cases there is little or no effect on NVH, thanks to careful design by our R & D technicians.

Super Pro polyurethane suspension bushes are not copies of the OE rubber components. They are specially developed from the ground-up to take advantage of this material’s unique properties. Our experience has shown that modern vehicles today do not have provision for wheel alignment correction and as the vehicle’s suspension softens with age, they begin to wander or steer off in one direction. Replacing with Super Pro bushings and parts rectifies this by the removal of excess compliance in the suspension system without affecting NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness).

Equally, the standard alignment settings designed in to modern vehicles may be within tolerance but that tolerance can be very broad resulting in high tyre wear. A lack of available adjustment and the need for specific alignment settings for off-road, performance or high mileage commercial has driven Super Pro to develop its extensive “Value Add” alignment correction product range.

New vehicles or equipment’s warranties remain in effect when Sakura Filters are installed in accordance to the engine manufacturer’s advice. At Sakura Filters Australia’s manufacturing plant, all filters are manufactured to the highest Japanese JIS standards. At the same time our manufacturer has certification in the quality assurance standard; TUV SUD ISO/TS 16949:2009.

In the event of an engine or equipment failure directly caused by a defective Sakura Products, Sakura Filters Australia would restore the engine or equipment to the conditions before the incident. It is essential that the distributor of the product are notified immediately following a detected anomaly to obtain a claim form that should be completed and returned with all information requested to be passed to Sakura Filters Australia for evaluation and start of the claim procedures. The filter, engine or equipment in question must be available for inspection for any repairs to be authorised.

Sakura Products must not be tampered or tested without Sakura Filters Australia authorisation before an inspection is concluded to determine the cause of failure, in the event of this occurred, the warranty will be voided.
